Chinese company ZTE has unveiled its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the Nubia Music 2, designed to deliver exceptional audio performance at an affordable price. This new device features a unique sound system with three integrated speakers, offering a truly immersive listening experience.
The Nubia Music 2 supports DTS:X Ultra surround sound technology, capable of producing an impressive sound level of up to 95 dB. It also includes a traditional 3.5mm headphone jack, a feature becoming rare in modern smartphones.
This new model is the second generation of the Nubia Music series, known for offering unconventional audio features. While the first iteration included dual 3.5mm headphone jacks, ZTE decided to remove this feature in the new version, as it was more of a marketing gimmick than a practical addition.
Targeting budget-conscious consumers, the Nubia Music 2 is equipped with an entry-level Unisoc T7200 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The phone also comes with a large 5000mAh battery, supporting 10W wired charging, ensuring long-lasting use.
The device boasts a 6.7-inch LCD display with +HD resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, providing a solid viewing experience for its price range. It also features a 50MP main camera and a 5MP front camera, perfect for casual photography.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC support, and VoLTE technology. The Nubia Music 2 runs on a custom operating system called Android U, possibly a version of Android 14, but no additional system updates are expected due to its budget-friendly nature.
Priced at just $85, the Nubia Music 2 offers an excellent option for audiophiles and those seeking a cost-effective smartphone that excels in audio performance without compromising on essential features.
